The old adage says, “never meet your heroes” but in my experience that has been total BS – especially when it comes to Kevin Smith @thatkevinsmith . Kevin welcomed us into his home with open arms and showered us with his massive generosity and kindness. It was an incredible shoot. Back in 1994 I saw Clerks and my world changed when I learned that filmmaking wasn’t limited to Hollywood superstars, but kids from suburban NYC just like me could make movies as well. Huge thanks to Kevin for all his inspiration and decades of entertainment that changed my life. Snootch to the nootch!!!!
